What are the instances when the exporter prepares different A.R.E.1 forms though the goods for different invoices of same importer are ready for clearances? Please Reply? Its Urgent???? Please give reference of some circular or notification or section or case laws if available????

it seems that the goods are covered in diff shipping bills of the exporter, so he has issued diff ARE-1 for diff lots,
under consolidated ARE-1 it will generate complex issues at customs end.
