I wish to file form 8 for modification of charge for a pvt. ltd. co.
Wanted to know whether in addition to the deed of hypothecation, the credit arrangement letter is also to be attached?
Also, what is to be filled in the field saying "particulars of present modification" as it will be displayed in the certificate of modification of charge!
You have to attach the credit arrangement letter also with the eForm 8.
The particulars of present modification is nothing but the details of the present limit of the charge. whether it may be increased or decreased.It will be displayed on the certificate of Modification of Charge.
Particulars of present modification is nothing but what we are changing from the existing charge. It may be increase or decrease of the charge, that is to be mention in it.
