28 May 2017 do we need digital signature of two partners while filing form 8 annual return of LLP if we do not have the CS certification

01 June 2017 yes. LLP Annual Return Form 11 require digital signature of two partners if total obligation of contribution of partners of the LLP does not exceed Rs. 50 lakhs and turnover of LLP does not exceed Rs. 5 crores

01 June 2017 if you LLP is registered after the 01-10-2016 then you have to file LLP Annual Returns in the year 2018.
