27 February 2010 on verifying the status of form - 8 filed the same is put under hold due to following remarks

Form8 having status Held in Abeyance is pending in respect of the same Charge Id mentioned in the form. Form 67 (Addendum) should be filed failing which the eForm shall be treated as invalid and shall not be taken on record.
We want to Nullified the Filing of Form .Please suggest the process.

01 March 2010 If you don't file the Form 67 within the time frame prescribed, then the original form will automatically get cancelled. MCA will not take it on record.
