17 February 2010 A Private Limited Company didnt filled the form 8 & form 13 with ROC, now tell me what to do. whats the liabilty of the company and if there is any penalty please tell me? Should company filled it now then what will be the procedure.

17 February 2010 The charge is as for now an unregistered charge. For registration of such charge, obtain approval from the Regional Director. AFter obtaining approval, the same can be filed and registered.
