13 February 2012 If i have made a mistake in form no. 25C and after filing i came to know about mistake than can i file form 67 for rectifying such mistake.

13 February 2012 E Form 67 can be filed only in case status of the relevant eForm(s) in respect of which addendum is being filed is ‘Pending for user clarification’ (PUCL). This eForm can not be filed suo-motu by the company or stakeholder (that is in case status is other than PUCL).
• This eForm can not be filed in respect of any eForm filed under straight through process (STP)....

But, how can I rectify following problems.

Actually, I have attached two board resolutions in Form No. 25C and amount of remuneration is different in both resolution.

14 February 2012 As per my opinion you may have to meet ROC personally. call them if anything can happen...
