Form 66 & form 23ac

30 October 2013 I have filed form 23AC,form 20B and form 23ACA.But i couldn't get the compliance certificate and so form 66 is not yet filed.I didnt attach compliance certificate to form 23Ac.is that not a problem?

30 October 2013 FILING OF FORM 66 IS MANDATORY if paid up capital is 10 lakhs or more

if you already filed form 23ac,aca with out srn of FORM66 your forms will be rejected and may asked for resubmission

01 November 2013 Sir but the transanction status says approved.will that be changed after few days....i mean their complete verification.what wil happen to the payment that i have made?

01 November 2013 yes all forms will be approved by STP process

however there will be a verification mechanism with ROC, he may verify all documents filed and attached and a notice may be send to company for resubmission of said forms

if you escaped you will be saved...but i dont think MCA will ignore this

03 November 2013 I have filed form 66 along with the compliance certificate now with late fees.....so is that ok or shall i voluntarily submit a revised return?

08 November 2013 You need not attach the CC to 23 AC.
The SRN of 66 needs to be shown in 23AC. However it has been noticed that MCA has not rejected filings which failed to show the SRN of FORM 66 in 23AC.....Might be some technical error.

Narrow escape.

You have filed 66 with late fees..
Now no worries..
