dear sir, One of our client had filed form 61 for 3 times but he could not filed the all the returns with roc within prescribed times. Now he wants to file all the pending forms and get the status of his company activated.
Is there any limit on the number of times that form 61 can be filed ?

It is expected to file all Annul filing returns in time when you are filed Form 61.
Now in your case you are requested to meet concern officer and get approve one more time.
