Inorder to file Form 49A i am in need of ward/circle, range details can i find it from net or any other source....

You can find it from the net. If you are using NSDL online application it will take you to a link that displays the City of Jurisdiction, Pin Code and also type of income and amount of income. Based on these links you get to the AO and select it.
However, for individual assessees in Mumbai doing business, AO is allotted on basis of residential Address and not Office Address.

There is PAN based facility available on the net but not in the abovementioned case.
