In case of Company Whether we need to issue form 3CA or 3CB if the Financial year(Calender Year) is differ as compared to Income Tax Financial year

Form 3CB will have to be given as u do not have the audited financial statements for the Financial year for tax audit purpose and only tax accounts are prepared which though are like audited financials but cannot be said to be same as them.
