13 February 2022 Respected Sir/Madam,
I have received intimation u/s 200A for late filing fee of Form 26QB i.e. TDS u/s 194 IA, can I file an appeal before CIT(A), because while filing Form 26QB my date of payment was Oct21 & date of agreement was in Jan22 it showed error that we cannot file for future date so i was not allowed to make payment & I filed it in Jan22.

13 February 2022 If your date of advance payment was in Oct. 21, you were required to file form 26QB within 30 days of the payment date. In that case no remedy possible otherwise.

13 February 2022 Yes, my date of payment was in Oct 21 but while filing Form 26Qb at that time when i entered date of agreement as Jan 2022, it showed you cannot enter future date therefore i couldn't file form 26QB within 30 days
