Form 32 of additional director

Please advice me whether form 32 is required to be filed on the appointment of additional director as a regular director of the company in AGM.

We have already filed Form 32 when he was appointed as an Additional Director of the Company.

An early reply is highly appreciated.

02 September 2011 u have to file Form 32,if his designation change.

02 September 2011 Thanx for the prompt reply Mam,

Befor AGM his designation was Additional Director and after AGM he is a DIRECTOR.

Whether we required to file Form 32 or not in this respect?
