what is Form 32 & Form 18 ?????
is it compulsory for a pvt ltd co. ???? when is it filed???????

24 December 2015 These are forms which were required to file as per Companies Act 1956 (old act).
Form 32 was required to file for appointment/resignation or change in designation of Director.
Form 18 was required to file for notice of situation of registered office of the Company.

These forms were required to file by all company, whenever required.
