03 January 2012 If Form32 is filed on account of resignation of a director by mistake?Is there are any procedure to re enter the name of the director in the ROC records?

If the Form is filed it means the Director has ceased to be a Director. I think you will have to again appoint the person as Director.... See if anything can be done through ROC office..

03 January 2012 Yes. Meet ROC personally and try to get some solution from there.
Or else appoint Additional Director in BM or Appoint Director in EGM and File form 32.
