i do like to ask difference between DIN 2 & Form 32.what and when are their legal compliances.Please give all in details.

Form 32 is submitted by the company for appointing or removing of a director.
For those companies registered before 1.7.2007 ie before mca website operational they have to receive DIN 2 ie intimation from the director and should file din 3 to roc.
