Form No. 29 B is for the purpose of reporting by the CA for calculation of MAT which is to be submitted alongwith Audit Report.
The auditor gives the form 29B to the client and it is his duty to file the same for the purpose of calculation of tax as per MAT.
This can be signed by the auditor on the date of his audit report u/s 44AB
