Form 27c against non deduction of tcs

01 December 2012 Dear Sir/Madam,
I had given form No. 27C in Nov-12 for non deduction of TCS against the purchase of scrap.

Now the vendor is asking for monthly submition of form 27C to him.

Is there any validity for form no. 27C, or is it so that once the form 27C is issued it will be valid till 31st march, or some other validity procedure.

Please guide

03 December 2012 It is required to be submitted at the time of purchase only as such there is no validity of the form.

04 December 2012 Is it to be submitted at time of first purchase only. Or Do I have to issue it on every month to month basis, as such I am purchaseing on continius basis from month to month.
