An inherited property was jointly held by two sisters. It was sold by them to a couple who wants to hold it jointly. Then is it required to file four 26QB forms? Will a single form suffice the need as it is held jointly and is proposed to hold jointly? Will they be treated as four parties or parties?

No, have to make 4 Form 26QB WITH 2 FORMS FOR EACH BUYER

each buyer have to file two form, due amount pay to both by each person.
