Can any one tell me as if i purchased propeery of 80 lakh payable 10 lakh immediate payment balance after 10 days by way of loan can i pay whole tds at once?

you can fill 26QB give on every bank site or income tax deptt site and tds will deposited on or before 7 day of next month in which you pay or credited the amount in vendor a/c. there is no need of TAN you can use your PAN and deposit the tax and apply the 16B form on https://www.tdscpc.gov.in/app/login.
