if i forgot password which i given at the time of registration with icome tax india website and also forgot mail ID provided by me at that time then how to recover my password to view 26AS

You need to catch the bus from other side. Now-a-days many banks are providing the facility to the account holder to view Form 26AS on login with Bank. HDFC, SBI, ICICI are providing this facility. Might be some other banks also do thus but sure PNB is not doing so.
The Bank knows PAN of account holder so they have given link to view FORM 26AS.
It is strange that you forget email id as well as password. This is the bad effect of having too many email ids.
