12 July 2012 Dear expert,
One of my client is a state govt. deductor and they are require to file form 24Q for the 1st quarter of FY 2012-13. Their DDO is not providing the receipt no. of Form 24G. Please advise me how to trace form 24G no. on internet or any other alternative in this regard.

17 July 2012 FIRST REGISTER YOUR CLIENT IN TIN
1. after Registration,
2. Log on to TIN NSDL Website, with user name and password,
3. verify the bin of the client in TIN NSDL (there was a Provision in TIN NSDL).

maybe few entries are there. Because 24G has to be filed on month on month basis. hardly you can find 2 or 3 entries.

19 July 2012 If so the government office has not yet filed FORM 24G. and hence BIN not generated.

in our Cases we have requested the particulars through RIGHTS TO INFORMATION ACT, to DISTRICT TREASURY OFFICERS, now 24G was filed by DTO's and we have verified through TIN-NSDL WEBSITE.
