15 July 2010 Is form 23B (information by the Auditor to Registrar)filled by auditor.? actually i m filling form 23AC and it demnad SRN of form 23B.so i m very confused bcos of this ....can anybody help me.

You may ask auditir for providing you SRN for Form No 23B filed by Him. He will surely provide you.
