Is form 23B (information by the Auditor to Registrar)filled by auditor.? actually i m filling form 23AC and it demnad SRN of form 23B.so i m very confused bcos of this ....can anybody help me.

Your auditior is required to file Form No 23B for the Audit assigned by you to him.
You may ask auditir for providing you SRN for Form No 23B filed by Him. He will surely provide you.

Yes, Form 23B is required to be filed by the Auditor appointed by the Company.
