I have a query that if we have not filled 23B and want to just write SRN No. Z99999999
then what are the later consequences of same

if roc found your form will be rejected and hey will send you intimation for re-submition

and let me tell you it is the duty of auditor to give intimation to ROC about his acceptance of appointment as a statutory auditor of the company
