03 May 2013 Can you please tell me which softwares are required for uploading form 23B. While uploading they require a particular version. So i just wont to know which software and which versions are exactly required?

03 May 2013 you can check the system requirement in MCA site, while downloading the eform 23B

26 June 2013 Can you tell me if i want to file form 23B for F.Y 2012-13 can i file it now? What is the due date? Auditor is appointed in EGM. Date of appointment is 30/05/2013.
