21 August 2015 I am aware that as per law, registered user is not allowed to view Form 23ACA of any Private Limited Company even after paying requisite fee of Rs 100 to MCA. Is there any other way to view/get Form 23ACA?

22 August 2015 It is not that registered user can not see it.
But the fact is, P&L of a private limited company is not 'public document' as per provisions of Companies Act 1956. This is the main reason that no one can have access of Form 23ACA.

There are no ways in which you can have look at P&L of a Private Ltd company, unless it has been attached in Form 23AC.
