Pls sort out my query relating to form 23AC w.r.t Private Limited Co. Annual Return Filling:
Form 23AC > PART-B > III > Pt. 4 "Share Application Money Received During the Reporting Period......
Query : What figure we have to give here?
Is the Share Appl Money Actual Received or The share Appl. money Pending for allotment as on 31/03/2012?

In this column you have to mention only the total share application money from the 1.04.2011 to 31.03.2012 irrespective of money pending for allotment.
