21 August 2015 There is a company which is dormant but now want to activate his business and now they have to upload Form 23AC for the F.Y. 2010-11 but my query is regarding Today when they upload Form 23AC whether there is necessity that the digital signature that we attach on Form 23AC is being the director at the time of F.Y. 2010-11? or appointment as director after F.Y. 2010-11 can we attach his digital signature?
