09 June 2015 Hello, do you want to file it now? As per Amendment Act, there is no need to file Form INC-21 now.

09 June 2015 Thank you Mr.Pratik shah, that means a private limited company need not file form INC-21, is it for the mean time only sir,
Sir do you have any notifications sir, if so can i get a copy sir.

Click on above link. And see point 4 of it. It says, Section 11 is omitted.

Also, you can check home page of mca.gov.in There is a new on this point.

From now onwards, company do not require to file Form INC-21.
