HI Frienz,
Whenever i am filing my form 20b its exceeding the size limit as per mca requirments.what options do i have further.

hi,
1 .Use Acrobat version 9 it is very useful for size of file
2. In case of attachment do not scan the signed unless mandatory instead convert the word file into pdf. this will use less space

If u fail to upload in the first atempt every succesive atempt increases the vol of data. Therefore give a break or, open a new file/folder for uploading afresh and check its size before uploading try to compress data to below 1KB
