11 March 2014 Dear Sir,

I need to issue some share in month of august 2013 . So, how many panelty will be charge on late submittion of FORM 2 in ROC.

& also provide the proedure of submit the Form 2 in ROC.

11 March 2014 Penalty for delay beyond 90 days is 9 times of normal filing fees (9 times penalty + normal fees). Filing fees will depend on Authorized Capital of Co.

Fill in Form 2 available on website of MCA, Attach Board resolution for allotment and list of allottees and file on MCA. Forms should be certified by practicing professional.
