Form 2 filled incorrectly

08 October 2012 Dear Sir/Madam,

Recently we have filled Form 2, in the Form some information by human error goes wrong,though the List of Allottess and other information is correct. And in company master data the issued capital is also right.The Form has been filled and since it is in STP Mode, so it is approvd also.

Is there any way out to correct the Form,that is say filling of revised form or any other way out.

And in case we will file revised form with the same information as we filled in earlier Form,i have a doubt that it will increase the capital.

Kindly help in this regard. Since i am fresher i need a help of some seniors.

09 October 2012 If you wish to rectify the form You can file the revised Form 2. Write the same number of shares issued and same amount of share capital after the allotment as filled in erlier form filed(if correct). In addtion attach a letter with new form 2 mentioning the mistake done in earlier form and also mention the correct details in the letter.

I have a doubt that by doing this whether the isssued capital will increase.

And as i visit ROC,they told me that there s no process of revised Form 2 as these will increase the capital.

Have u gone through the same problem.

11 October 2012 No it will not increase the paid up capital unless you write the increased paid up capital. Make sure you write correct ammount in column no.6 i.e.Capital structure of the company after taking into consideration the above allotment(s).
