Hi all
Last application in a pvt. company was received on 25/12/2010 and the allotment was made on 20/12/2010 by mistake, can we revise this FORM 2 of file an addendum.
experts are requested to advise.

You Can File revised form 02 for rectification your old form will be set aside
30 December 2011
But before doing this Make sure because form 2 is not processed it is directly taken in MCA records so it may duplicate paid up capital.
