For One of My Clients whose auth cap was 5 lakh and paid up 1 lakh, i filed the Form 2 wherein the details were correct i.e 40000 shares @ 10/- each but the attatchements i.e Resolution and the List of Allotees had by mistake 50000 shares @ 10/-. The Form has been approved by MCA and the same is shown in Co Master data.
Now should i Make changes & intimate the ROC Regarding the same - then how is it done or should i increase the Auth Capital Now.
Please Suggest

In case master data is showing wrong details then only you have to make necessary corrections. if master data is showing paid capital as mentioned in form 2 i.e. correct then no need to make correction.
In case you need a correction in master data you can take printout, put the figure in corresponding column which is made to shown correction, sign this by signatory and sent to MCA.
You can also resubmit the corrected form 2. the option will be available after login.

There is no provision of resubmission of E-Form 2 !!!!
