21 June 2011 i have form -2 in ROC but there is some mistake , ROC is approved the form -2 .
I want to rectify the form -2.The face value of the share is Rs. 100 as per MOA & AOA , but in the subscriber list is mention RS 10 . In form -2 Face value is written 10 by mistake . i want to rectify the the above mistake.

22 June 2011 My bro working as a company secretary he also faced the plm like this, but he again filed the revised Form 2 with Reason letter, now its k.., so My opinion to file the revised e-form 2 with reason letter
