You may do the following.
Log in to www.mca.gov.in
Click on 'transaction status'
Click on 'Put for user clarification'
Reason for PUCL will be displayed in the next appearing screen.
Rectify the defect mentioned therein through e filing of form 67 with in the time allowed therein.

Pl. furnish any doc. evidence in support of the claim for the prefix Form 67 (Addendum) should be filed by 27/06/2013 failing which the eForm shall be treated as invalid and shall not be taken on record. (Please refer Regulation 17 of the Companies Regulation, 1956)
