For this transaction status was Waiting For User Clarification.

Regarding this we are unable to understand the status.
What does this mean?
What should we do now?

29 May 2013 In this case MCA must have seek clarification regarding Form 1a. Check out what Mca has asked for..This also implies resubmission with the clarification...

Log in to www.mca.gov.in

Click on 'transaction status'

Click on 'Put for user clarification'

Reason for PUCL will be displayed in the next appearing screen.

Rectify the defect mentioned therein through e filing of form 67 with in the time allowed therein.

Pl. furnish any doc. evidence in support of the claim for the prefix Form 67 (Addendum) should be filed by 27/06/2013 failing which the eForm shall be treated as invalid and shall not be taken on record. (Please refer Regulation 17 of the Companies Regulation, 1956)
