form 1A - company name

15 February 2010 Form 1A has been rejected on the ground that the name was too general.The companys proposed name is "safenite private limited" and its objective is to manufacture mosquito coils. Can you please help me as to what I can do to get the name approved ?

When you submit Form 1A, the name contain in that must have correlation with your objects so that general public can identify the company by its name. For example Reliance infocom Ltd, in this name infocom suggest the object of company. Hence you can change your name as Safenite coils private limited or Safenite mosquito coils private limited. The reason for rejection by ROC is correct; hence you have to submit new form 1A
