I have filed Form 1A on 28/04/2013 by paying Rs.1000.The ROC has rejected the form stating that names should be changed.
So,within how many days i should refile that Form 1A without lapse of Rs.1000?
Please help me in this regard.

The Form can be refilled within the time as mentioned in the reason for rejection by the ROC.
