I Ram Singh S/o Dashrath Singh Residing at …………………………………………….declare that I am the Owner of Property addressing .........................................(Rajasthan)
Mr. KRISHNA and Mr. Mukesh (Director of The Proposed Company) desires to incorporate the company in the name & style of M/s SHREE RAM MACHINERY PRIVATE LIMITED.
I Agree to give the above mentioned property to Company on lease. I have no objection to use the premises as registered office of the said company.
