Form 16a due date

08 January 2015 due date for return of TDS for September-2014 qtr is 15-10-2014 and for 16A 30-10-2014, but i file return on 05-01-2015 for same qtr, my question is what is due date of form 16A?

08 January 2015 In my opinion you should issue Form 16A immediately. The due date as per rule is 30/10/2014 and remains the same. Since in your case the return is delayed, the due date becomes the earliest date on which you are able to download Form 16A from the site.
