02 May 2013 Dear Sir,
I wish to download form 16A. I have tried to login at TRACES, using the login credenitial of NSDL site, however a message of invalid credential appeared and these login credential are still working on NSDL site.
Then I tried to register as a new user. It asked me to give receipt no. of form 26Q of 3rd quarter fy 2012-13. I did the same and provided all the details of return and then I clicked on proceed. But then a message of invaild token no. appeared.
I contacted on helpline, but they did not help much.
Please advise me.

06 May 2013 I advice you to start the registration process from beginning once again. You have to mention Numerical Serial Number shown on Receipt of the asked Quarter and Code. If the was revised, do check what is being asked.
