07 August 2010 I had issued a Form 16A to the repective company without quoting the PAN no. by mistake. But the returns are yet to be furnished. Is there any problem?

07 August 2010 That will not be a big issue if you have quoted correctly the PAN of that company in your ETDS returns.

07 August 2010 Yes of course, they can claim the refund. Now, even this this can be supported by the 26AS statement.

07 August 2010 dear friends,
don't worry....as per subhashji said earlier its not a big issue...when that company will filed their return they quote/write your TAN No. to get refund and also they entered dedution gross value,deduction amount....now come on tell me where PAN No. simple....when you file your ETDS return that Company's PAN important & to get Refund your Company's TAN is Important so no Problem if you filed ETDS return with their correct PAN.ok
second option is also open if your company has not filed their return so you can call them & send them a fresh copy of 16A.Ok
