Dear All
Pls. confimr when an employee gets salary Rs. 245000 pa from company and his 80C deduction are Rs. 100000, then whether employer compulsary issue form 16A or not?

Hi, as the income is below 150000/-& there is no tds therefore no need to issue Form 16A.
