01 July 2014 my salary is 18000 in hand so in that tax will be deducted and if tax is not deducted then form 16 will be issue from company .

01 July 2014 No... TDS certificate is to be downloaded for tracs if no tax is deposited or no details is given in tds return though tax is not deducted, TDS certificate can not be issued.
