30 July 2013 while we download from 16 in trace it says "Download request cannot be submitted as statement(s) has/have not been processed for selected Financial Year"

but we filed etds on 10th of july all quarters but still it says above words.
but 1st & 2nd quarters details found in form 26as in there respective employees we did not see any thing relating 3rd and 4th quarters.

what do now ?

30 July 2013 Kindly check with the office where u have filed the etds return, whether they have uploaded the same on CRA-SAM or not. They might not have done so, that's why you are facing problem..
