14 April 2011 where should donation given to a recognised charitable trust be included in form 16.
If a person pays advance tax in his personal capacity and then his total tax liability including other incomes comes to zero so tds is not dedcuted from his salary of march 2011. In the above scenario his form 16 is showing as tax payable but his total liability for tax is nil.
Is it ok?

14 April 2011 DONATION GIVEN TO RECOGNIZED CHARITABLE TRUST SHOULD BE GIVEN dedn. U/S 80G
It is entirely ok to have tax payable in form 16 but no tax in your reurn filed since the cause can be information not furnished by the employee to the employer
