03 March 2011 I have Releived from My Employer on 24th Jan,2011. Full & Final Settlement will be done in 45 Working Days.
As my salary has already due for my Employer, so he has to pay TDS by 7th Feb,2011.
My Quetions is , when i should received the Form 16 (What shall be last date in my case)
(I have already join New Job , and their i have to give Form 16 )

04 March 2011 in case of salary or insurance commission within 30 days from the close of the finacial year
other wise within one month from the end of the month in which tax is deducted at source
