Dear Sir,
One of our employee resign on 30.11.2010 & his all investment after 30.11.2010 if we issue FORM 16 on 30.11.2010 can we consider his investment or not.
If we issue FORM 16 after 31.03.2011 can we consider his investment or not.
What is FORM 16 Period Date 01.04.2010 to 30.11.2010 or 01.04.2010 to 31.03.2011
Please explain me with reason.

You can consider investment.
But employee can claim investment benefit with new employee or after 30.11.2010
But employee can claim investment benefit with new employee or after 30.11.2010
