28 May 2016 TDS not applicable on salary as per investment in 80C. can we still get form16 online from traces site. As per accounts details submitted last quarter Return for all employees even for those TDs not deducted.

28 May 2016 If you have not deducted any tds then no need to download form 16 part A from traces and if you have entered data in Q4 then only you can download Form 16 part A which tds amount will be same as NIL deduction.
