wat if two different companoies have issued me 2 form 16 for same financial year with different returning data

While filing the return you have to make sure that the data you are filling in the form is accurate. Form 16 is just a back up for the income you have earned from both the companies.
You have to be sure that the TDS deducted by the companies are sufficient to satisfy the total tax payable for the financial year.

Dear,If u go to e filing there is an option of two/three employers. fill in these details & TDS is deductor's responciblity.you fill these details from form 16 accuratly & submit.
