22 May 2013 You have to register yourself as a company on TDS-CPC Website. Then, you have to request for Download of Form 16 on that website. After downloading the file, your password for that file will be your TAN Number. You have 2 download options. Single PAN, & Bulk PAN. You can use either of them as per your need.

22 May 2013 Thank you sir for your replies.

Actually what happened was while filing the TDS returns of Salaried employees. We have not given the details of Chapter VI A Deductions in returns.

So while generating the Form 16 excess amount of tax to be payable will be appear.
so for that what i have to do now?

Revise your Return! If you do not revise it now, the IT Department will raise a demand at later stages, and it will increase complexity of the matter. So, better you revise it now when the matter is fresh, and you have control over the errors made by you.
